This course involves international transportation and logistics as tools to serve international sales contracts. Emphases are on arranging transportation process and related things to move goods from seller’s country to buyer’s country by different modes (sea, air, road, and multimodal transport). Carrier’s liability and other legal issues in transportation contracts are also important contents that will be mentioned in the course
